You will be notified when your invitee enters and exits the premises, and you can rescind the invitation at any time. In addition, this type of locking system will recognize your presence whenever your phone is in your possession and will automatically unlock your front door.

All of the above locking systems include a traditional key, in case you occasionally want to use it. Although each of these alternatives may be easier than using a conventional key, the right solution for you will most likely hinge on your unique needs.
